Dr Mariusz Miąsko, prof. SGMK

Dr. Mariusz Miąsko is a professor at the Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School in Warsaw. He obtained his PhD in Legal Sciences from the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, specializing in Labor Law. He is a founder and co-owner of the largest Polish law firm in the TSL industry – Kancelaria Prawna Viggen Sp.j, and a president of the URKSiTD “Najlepsza Droga” Association.

Dr. Miąsko is an author of multiple legal publications, draft bills and more than 200 legal interventions to national and EU institutions. He has participated in the work of the Subcommittee on Transport in the Polish Parliament on amendments to the Drivers Working Hours Bill and the Road Transport Bill. He frequently lectures on labor law and is often interviewed by Polish media on the issues of labor and transport. He is also an originator and creator of computer programs for the transport industry.
